Recover original windows 11 version using product key

Hello,

I have just bought a new laptop, and it has its own product key for windows 11. However, I upgraded the windows version to windows 11 pro. Now, the product key is no longer working, and I want to recover the original windows 11 version where the product key is licensed.

In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

1. Which was the update that was installed prior to this issue?
   
2. What is the version of your Windows 10 computer? (To check the version of your Windows 10, you can refer
   See which version of Windows 10 you have).
   
3. Do you get any error message while launching the Origin application?
   
4. What was the error message that you got while reinstalling the Origin application?
   
5. Are you facing this issue with any other applications?
   

Meanwhile, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if you are able to launch Origin application.

1. Follow the steps mentioned in Uninstalling Origin Application
   and completely uninstall Origin from your computer.
   
2. Then, put your computer in a Clean Boot State
   and delete the folders from the following locations.
   

• Note: A Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs, so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Your computer may temporarily lose
  some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however, that functionality will return when you reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.
  

• C:\ProgramData\Origin\
  
• C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Origin\
  
• C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Origin\
  
• C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License\
  

1. Then, Download Origin and install it with the computer being in a Clean Boot
   State.
   
2. Then, place the computer to normal boot by going to
   Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting section in the Clean Boot link and check if you are able to launch the Origin application.

I deleted my Admininstator Account by mistake (NETPLWIZ) Windows 11

I understand your trouble. It sounds like you've accidentally deleted your administrator account on Windows 11, which is causing you to lose access to many apps and features.

You might need to enable the hidden administrator account to regain your access. Here's how to do it:

1. Restart your computer in Safe Mode:
   
   • Hold down the Shift key and select the Power button on the Windows sign-in screen.
     
   • While still holding down the Shift key, select Restart.
     
   • After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart.
     
   • After your PC restarts, select 4 or F4 to start your PC in safe mode.
     
2. Enable the Hidden Administrator Account:
   
   • Once you're in Safe Mode, press the Windows key + X.
     
   • Select Windows Terminal (Admin) to open the command prompt with administrative privileges.
     
   • In the command prompt, type the following command and press Enter: net user administrator /active:yes
     
   • This will enable the hidden administrator account.
     
3. Restart Your Computer:
   
   • Now, restart your computer normally (not in safe mode).
     
   • You should see a new user account named "Administrator" on the login screen. Log into this account.
     
4. Recover Your Original Account:
   
   • Once you're logged in as the Administrator, you can try to recover your original account.
     
   • Go to Settings > Accounts > Other users > Add an account.
     
   • Try to re-create your original account with the same username and password.
     

The hidden Administrator account has full unrestricted access to your system, so use it carefully. Once you've recovered your original account, it's a good idea to disable the Administrator account again for security reasons. You can do this by repeating Step 2, but replace active:yes with active:no
