Windows 10: My other account got suspended for no reason and they said because I have 2FA so they cant...

Being a student is already stressful but dealing with this is a nightmare, I tried to login to skype but It didnt work because my account got holded/ suspended for no reason, I tried contacting support via suspend forum and they said " Because you have 2FA on its not on our hands" basically because of some new TOS ruleNow they said to make a new accohtn and my old things are gone.There must be a different method because hows this fair2FA is supposed to help me secure my account not make it goneI have my passwords and my Authenticator still works but they still wontWhat do I do??

2FA is still turned on on the account. I deleted the authenticator email on my phone app because I hoped it would just deactivate the 2FA. I can’t login to the microsoft account because once I try the email and password it just sends me to the screen where it says the account is suspended. I have not tried to reach out to minecraft account support because I don’t know how, I only see the FAQ

Account suspended with 2fa active

Recently I got locked out of my account for ‘Violating terms and services’. The account, which I only use to play Minecraft, for some reason got locked, I filled in the reactivation form and it got reactivated. Just to be sure there wasn’t anyone trying to get into my account ,I turned on 2fa with the authenticator app on my phone. Then after a week or so, the account got locked again. I filled in the form again but this time it said that they couldn’t do anything because 2fa is turned on and the only thing they could do is delete the account.

Is there really nothing left to do? Theres a lot of progression on hypixel which I dont want to lose just because I tried to secure my account more.
