Windows 10: My other account has been stolen, and I can prove I own it, though I can not get a username...

I have the original email, the current email Which was a temp email made by the hacker and has been deleted, the phone number I get an error when I try to sign in with it, I've looked on other forums, this is irrelevant. Please don't bring it up in your response, and the current, and older passwords. I can not fill a recovery forum as it tells me the Microsoft account does not exist. The phone number also doesn't work here as well. I do not remember my Skype username. All I would like is to talk to someone at Microsoft about this privately, then I could easily sort it out. Are you logged in with the Microsoft account or a local account?

You can follow the steps below to change the username and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X key.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Under view, select large icons.
• Go to User Account.
• Click on Manage another account.
• Select the User Account for which you want to select the password.
• Click on Change the username.
• Click on Change Name button.

Steam Account Stolen, Again.

I using one password too,for everything and my accounts have never been hacked or stolen,I dont even use antiviruses or spybots ect,have only windows firewall and router for years now,and had no problems with viruses or something like that.
