Windows 10: My Outlook 2013 purchased with Office 2013 has stopped working and now Windows 10 Mail is...

Outlook 2013 stopped working (again) some time ago. This has happened in the past and I was told I simply had to buy 365. After a windows update (or 3) Outlook 2013 was miraculously restored. It has now stopped again.


It hangs at 'Loading profile'. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no good.


Now Windows 10 mail appears to be struggling.

In the past I have had my email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** come into it's own folder. Now, suddenly, that folder no longer syncs and emails to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** come into my focussed outlook account but are slow coming through. But NONE of my sent emails are appearing here.


It has been suggested that I reset Windows 10 app but don't want to lose my email trails.

Ideally I want my Outlook account to work. You know, the one I purchased from you! But right now any help would be appreciated.

Searching stopped working in Outlook 2013


(Maybe a repost. Sorry for any confusion.)

I have Office 2013 Plus Pro installed on a Windows 10 64 Pro System. Recently search stopped working for all Outlook parts: email, tasks, contacts, etc. So I redid the index using the Control Panel Indexing applet.

What I don't understand is that before I redid the index, the system had about 731,000 items indexing. After the re-indexing was complete, there were only 583,000 items indexed. Outlook is definitely one of the areas being indexed.

What should I do here?

Outlook 2013 not listed at index locations


I've purchased office 365 and installed it on my new notebook running windows 10. I've setup my e-mail account using microsoft exchange and want to use the windows search method. But when I look at the index options there is no microsoft outlook available.

- I've already tried to repair the office 365 install (quick and online repair).
- I've tried to edit the registry like this http://www.techerator.com/2011/01/fi...or-grayed-out/









Is there a way to fix this?
