Windows 10: My outlook emails/word/excel and pdfs wont save to a folder using the dialogue box

Hi All First time poster so forgive any errors I make please. My outlook worked fine last week up until I left the office on Wedesday 17th. I returned the following Monday and my computer is playing up. if I open Outlook and I open an email and save as it takes me to the dialog box and I select my folder. When I click the save button nothing happens. I can't close the box and I just have to cancel the process to get out of it. I can drag and drop the email and copy and paste it I just cant Save As whuich is a nuisance. My outlook is open on my bottom task bar but if I click on it it only show

Converting Word to a PDF issues

In Word, I chose Save As then from the Save As dialogue box, I selected PDF from the drop down list. Then hit save. That is what I don’t understand, what does the printer or printing have to do with the conversion process when I just wanted to save the Word as a PDF???

the next dialogue box after clicking print is "save printout output as"

I used to see to be able to select which folder to save to with ability to see other pdf files in the folder.

Now I can only enter the file name without being able to see what is in the folder

I cannot browse the folder where I want to save the file, I used to be able too.

Something changed and asking is there a place to change the save print output as to allow to see folders or files within

When I am Word or Excel I constantly get a popup dialogue box asking if I want to save the touchpad diagnostic as a file. This recently started, and happens so often that it almost makes Excel and Word unusable. How can this be fixed?
