Windows 10: My owned apps and games are all gone from the Library on the Microsoft Store

The Microsoft Store used to list all the apps and games you purchased or downloaded, even if they were discontinued that is, removed from the Store, allowing you to redownload everything. Now they are all gone from the latest version of the Microsoft Store 22407.1401.5.0 and unchecking "Show installed products only" does nothing. Only apps installed on the device show up.I bought a lot of stuff from the Microsoft Store and can't access it anymore! Many of the games I purchased from there don't show up on the Xbox app either, because they were Windows 8 titles.

Remove non-operable App downloaded from MS App Store, to remove Already Own

Remove App downloaded from Microsoft Store App Store because:

I mistakenly downloaded on PC (MS Surface). When I try to install the app on my phone, it says - already owned. But I cannot get access to, or install it, on the phone. I have tried all steps as suggested in link below.

I can hide the app in my account library on the pc but to no affect on the phone.

The app does not appear on either the PC Application list (in Settings), nor in the phone list of Apps.

I want to install the app on my phone.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried each of these, with no results. I would also like to note that on the Microsoft Store app, in my library, the game is listed, however, no option to install it is given.
