Windows 10: My Passport Ultra 1TB

I downloaded everything onto this external hard drive but cannot seem to open it again. I must be doing something wrong. I can see the external drive in my drives box but it will not open.

I used to use my passport ultra no my windows 10 laptop but one day when my laptop froze it stopped working

It doesend show so that i can open my files but it shows i can eject it

when i went to propertys it showed a code 10 error and i tryed the solutions they gave online but it still doesent work

Is or is not the Western Digital Passport Ultra an item supported to run on Windows 10? Simple yes or no will do.
