    My password is not being accepted after updating today 25th Aug 2020


    I have today turned on my laptop after a few weeks of not using. It started an update on turning on.

    Now it will not accept my password i know i am typing in the correct password i dont know what to do, when i click reset password i get a message tgat says requires removable media

    please help, my son needs to access all his school work completed during lockdown for his return to school.
