    My payment is not authorized with Microsoft: as a matter of fact I have been paying with VisaUSA and also debit VisaJapan.It was double payments, and one of them should get reimbursed. One right now I have to claim is Alliant Visa that has been paying long time,and by your fault it never got activated and no recognitons on this matter. While also yopu charged me Debit Visa Japan which was terminated this June. I want to clear this discrepancyASAP. Yukiteru Yamagishi

    One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:

    Incorrect Payment Info

    When I try to buy anything from my phone it says that I have the incorrect payment info. I know it's the right info because I checked multiple times. What do I do to fix it?
