Windows 10: My PC ate my CD

Hello, I put a CD in my windows 10! and It was put in correct but some how when I tried to get the CD. It did not come! I think it stuck. Also I watched a video on YouTube that helped a lot of people here is the link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFEFhFY3tLs. And I am also asking that should I shake the Windows 10 to get it out, cause Mine is heavy and would it brake some stuff if I do shake it? Please Help! :

We suggest that you perform these steps and check if the issue persists:

• Press "Windows" + "E" button on the keyboard.
• Go to "View > Navigation pane" and select "Show libraries".
• Now in the navigation pane, right-click on the "Music" library under "Libraries" and select "Delete".
• Now right-click on the "Libraries" and select "Restore default libraries".
• Now try to rip.

CD/DVD not loading any of my pc games

This issue might occur due some problem with display drivers.

I suggest you to update DVD / CD drivers and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• 
  Expand DVD/CD ROM.

How to burn a document to a cd in windows 10
