Windows 10: My pc become not responsive after I uninstalled microsoft visual c++ redistributable

I don't know if the problem come because I uninstalled microsoft visual c++ redistributable, but that was the last thing I did before my pc become not responsive sometimes. Task manager usually show disk 100% when my pc is not responsive although there was not that much application running. At first I thought that microsoft visual c++ redistributable was some kind of a system files, so I tried reinstalling windows but the problem still there. After that I tried checking my disk with CHKDSK in command prompt, but the problem still not gone. I tried looking on the internet and have tried several

Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64 Installation Failure

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
Programs and Features.

b) Right click on the Microsoft Visual C++ and uninstall it.

Step 2: Download the latest Microsoft Visual C++ and install it.

This issue might if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is not installed properly.

regsvr32 wmp.dll /s

regsvr32 wmpdxm.dll /s

c. After registering DLL files restart the computer and check if the changes are effective.
