Windows 10: My pc boots up shows a blue screen auto restarts and is in a never ending loop

Windows 10: Getting Blue screen error message "CATCHE_MANAGER" and loop while booting.

Original Title: Blue screen and loop while booting

I accidentally deleted an ext3 filesystem standing in windows and suddenly, it showed pc ran into a problemand needs to restart. Italso said to check forthe problem CATCHE_MANAGER. Itgoes on a loop and system wont really show desktop. Startup repair made
no use. Itshows cant repair. Thats all.can someone soon suggest the solution please?

 

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Broken system files, software conflicts, or update incompatibility can cause issues such as encountering blue screen errors and auto-restarts. To isolate this issue, please answer the following questions:

• Aside from the updates, were there other changes made to your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you boot your computer in
safe mode with networking and see if the issue still persists. By performing this, we can isolate if there is any third party app that is causing your computer to restart on its own.
