Windows 10: My pc bsod every boot I can't do anything

I have already did a post about my bsod Here but now I don't kn what to do anymore every time i start windows 11 it boot normally, I put my pin the loading dots freeze a little, I see my desktop 10 seconds later I get a bsod with thread_exception_not_handled or critical_process_died and a lot more but my pc reboot so fast that the bsod don't even have the time to show completely like half of the screen is blue and black-Tried to boot in safe mode, well I don't if it work because I can't put my pin in safe mode and in safe mode you don't have internet so I can't create a new pin so the only o

ughhh! BSOD on boot

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

 

BSOD - Inaccessible Boot Device

The reset save files equivalent if successful should be the quickest method to get you backup and running.

The backup files then clean install is the best option as you fix many problems and start fresh.

The command prompt commands are all trial and error.

Pc bsod to bios

Currently replying on iPhone, I’ll give you a proper timeline Step 1) during the program of tuneup plus my pc bsod 3 times but I was finally able to get the info Step 2) Restore point was easy and done quick which now leads to step 3 Step 3) After starting the WDV my pc bsod with the stop code of “System thread exception not handled” following the steps I open command prompt and tried to turn it off which says that nothing was changed, so then after a couple of bsod’s later I manage to go back to my restore point which now leads to a problem I cant seem to fix where when I try to open my pc it says something is wrong with my pin with error code (0x80090016) If needed I do have the tuneup plus info Trying to solve the pin problem if anyone suggestions please inform me.
