Windows 10: My PC cannot perform any installation on drivers

Apologies in advance if what I say comes out disrespectfully. I have been dealing with an issue with my computer where I cannot update any drivers. I will let the PC search automatically for the updated driver software, but every time it will find it but not be able to install it. I have also tried manually downloading the drivers from websites and browse my driver software and select it there, but still, not able to install the driver. This issue has arrived out of nowhere as I used to be able to plug my phone in to upload pictures or my Xbox controller or even a simple flash drive. But now all of these devices show up with errors in the device manager and it is very infuriating since I can not solve this issue. Especially when I am trying to fix an Xbox One that gets stuck on the green screen and I now have to manually upload the update to the Xbox with a flash drive. So the two long-running issues I am currently encountered are destroying my days.


Please help as soon as possible because I have gone crazy and need to fix my PC issue so I can attempt fixing my xbox issue.

Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
Step 1
reinstall windows from scratch
Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
Step 3
update windows
Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
Step 5
Install GPU drivers
Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.

If you having an issue installing a driver that worked before you formatted or wont install on a fresh build, sometimes this means hardware damage
