Windows 10: My pc can't start opening, it only shows "Loading Operating System"

What can i do to fix this? We have online classes tomorrow. It always does this, eveytime we plug in the pc and the monitor "Loading Operating System" we tried the F2, F12, ESC, DEL, F10 from other forums like this one but nothing works. For other information, we just upgraded our windows from 7 to 10.

Windows 10 stuck on loading operating system

Hi,

I've tried your suggestion but have had limited success. After setting bios, tried loading from bootable media many times without success.

I decided to leave it unplugged for a few days and get back to it. Once I did I put my windows 10 cd in the drive and started the pc. Funny thing was it came up as "loading operating system " but then it said to load from cd which I did.

I tried to do a system restore before the windows update with no luck. I restarted the pc and then it stated my windows 10 operating system and proceeded to my login. I got to my desktop and seemed like everything was working ok. I backed up a few things
before I shut down the pc.

The next day I started the pc thinking it would load ok but again it just showed on screen "loading operating system" and no matter what I did couldn't get it to load.

Is is there anything else you can suggest for me to do to try and resolve this problem?
