Windows 10: My pc caught a virus and i can't do anything

Discus and support My pc caught a virus and i can't do anything in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; So I downloaded a virus dont know from where and now whenever I do something to my pc try like trying to download antivirus/restarting it/deleting...     My pc caught a virus and i can't do anything


    So I downloaded a virus dont know from where and now whenever I do something to my pc try like trying to download antivirus/restarting it/deleting files, it just resets to a certain point.What i mean is, if i delete an app then the next time i shut down my pc and then turn it back on it will come back. Also if i try to delete the corrupted files my pc automaticly restarts so everything i did just disappears.

    Emsisoft antivirus caught the 10 virus

    emsisoft was scanning my pc, then caught some 10 viruses.I hit the emergency kit and the virus has been removed my pc away. My pc seems good.. thumb up . *Smile

    My pc caught a virus and i can't do anything

    steps taken for infected Pc's.


    I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.
