Windows 10: My PC completely freezes

Recently my whole PC freezes for no reason and at a random time, It happens an amount of 2-3 times per day. My PC It's not overheating, has no viruses and It doesn't have dust inside. This freezes are instantly, the screen and all stay the same but nothing works, basically a total freeze, what I can do only is to shutdown my PC from the tower button, can someone help me I'm so lost and I've been fighting for more than a month to solve this. It seems that with Windows safe mode doesn't happen and If I create another windows profile with less programs and the disk C with nothing, it also happen

PC Keeps Freezing At Completely Random Times

I suggest you to disable the third party security software (if any installed) temporarily and check if it is cause to issue.

Disable Antivirus:

Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install other software, you
should re-enable it as soon as you're done. If you're connected to the Internet or a network while your antivirus software is disabled, your computer is vulnerable to attacks.

Kindly follow the below steps and check if you are able to fix the issue.

Step 1:

I suggest you to run the System maintenance
troubleshooter and check if it fixes the issue:

Follow the steps given below:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select
  Control Panel
  
• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on View all
  on the left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on System maintenance.
  
• 
  Click on Advanced on the
  System maintenance
  dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the
  System maintenance troubleshooter.
  

If issue persist, Kindly follow the below given steps and check if it helps:

Run these commands:

• 
  Press Windows key and type Powershell
  in search, right click on it and Open as administrator .
  
• 
  Type the following command in Powershell and hit enter:
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
