Windows 10: My pc couldn't do a factory reset and is now stuck in the repair tool and I can't even open...

I have an old computer, with the parts intact that was working before trying to do the factory reset, but now I can't even open windows and I am stuck in the built in repair tool I think that's what it is called, it's where the screen is all blue and has white text with the option to trouble shoot. This happened after trying to do the factory reset and it stopped mid way.I have a couple of method I have tried that I am going to show here:Reset this pc:I go reset this remove evreything, local transfer, all units, comple clean, and click remove.Then the windows starts cleaning the pc until it

Hey Guys!

I have just made a hard reset to my lumia 930 Country Variant (Brazilian).

Then, i am trying to update it to Denim, since that the Lumia Recovery Tools downloaded a WP8.1 Black , but i just got the described error.

"The Update was Downloaded, but couldn´t be opened (8018830f) - Lumia 930"

I tried to install another language and the update installed OK. So i tried again to download Denim, but still keeping that error!
