Windows 10: My PC crashed and Windows 10 is very weird, can't login anymore

Hey y'all! I was on Chrome using Google and suddenly my PC froze it never happened before because it's really fast, windows 10 is installed on an m.2 SSD, I got the blue screen error, and when the computer restarted it wouldn't boot anymore. When it turned back on it read "reboot and select proper boot device". I ac

Windows Updates crashing and unable to login to PC

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

As per the manufacturer’s website, your PC is compatible
only with Windows 7 & 8. This could be the cause for the system crash.

If you wish to pause the updates for a while, you may check with the steps listed below in the article -

• Schedule a restart or pause updates in Windows 10
  
  
• Defer feature updates in Windows 10
  
  

However, I would also suggest you to get in touch with the PC manufacturer to know if there are any latest drivers available, that is compatible to run Windows 10 on your machine.

  Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?
  
• 
  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
