Windows 10: My pc crashes when I plug or unplug my headset from its USB charging cable

Hi,Whenever I plug in my wireless Razer Kraken V2 wireless headset into its USB charger my pc crashes and I am trying to find a solution. Some things that might help: - The USB charging cable stays plugged in 24/7 its only when I actually plug/unplug my headset from the charger cable my pc crashes - I have not tried the other USB slots on my pc yet wanted to see if it was an easy fix first before trying other slots - The Bluetooth dongle for the headset is plugged into the slot directly behind the charger cable USB slot at all times with no issues - very rarely but sometimes on wakeup my pc wi

E72: why no charging when plugged in via USB?

There is no setting for USB changing AFAIK. But E72 does charge when connected into USB port. Problem is the charging doesn't work every time. It takes me usually 2-3 times try to plug and unplug the cable to the PC or the phone before the changing work.
Sometimes it can charge on the first time pluging the cable.

 

emulate hot plug and unplug headset in windows OS 10

I want to emulate hotplug and unplug headset scenario for automation purpose ,

I want a solution something like below ,

• Keep headset connected always to the computer .
• Whenever we want to unplug the headset ,use some windows commands/utility/ etc
  that will remove the headset endpoint in windows system even though headset is physically still connected to computer
• Whenever we want to plug the headset , ,use some windows commands/utility/ etc that will make the headset endpoint available in windows system again
  

So this way we can simulate plug and unplug without physically plugging and unplugging headset every time .Is this possible from OS side .

How is the detection of plug is known to OS ?Thanks for any help ?

 

Windows 10 unable to play sound from USB headset after unplugged and plugged back in

I have a Corsair USB headset, it works fine with all of my USB ports and had no problems when I was using Windows 7. Problem started to occur after I upgraded to Windows 10. It will work fine when I first plug my headset in, but after I unplug it and then
plug the headset back in later it won't play sound or even let me speak out of my mic on the headset. I've checked in the playback devices and recording, Win 10 will know its there and plugged in but is unable to play any tone. I can plug the headset into
another USB port and it will work again but if I unplug it and plug it back in the same port I just plugged in it will have the same problem. Right now the only way for my headset to be "recognized" and able to work I have to either restart my pc or reinstall
the headset device driver.
