Windows 10: My pc cycles through trouble shoot less but not boot

Hi I’ve been having this promelem for 2 days not and I want to get this fixed please I remember tampering with the platform pk key settings and I just wan to revert it NOTHING IS SHOWING ON MY SCREEN PLEAS SOME ONE;-;

Hi

My Windows 10 PC Ran into problem intfinite trouble shooting loop never boots . I tried all the trouble shooting options except reset PC and recovery from system image that appeared on blue screen but still same state.

I tried he command prompt option with 3 bootrec commands as suggested on blog, but nothing happen.

I pc is sony vaio laptop VPCEH series.

After installation of windows 10 auto updates, I deleted old updates but after PC restart it ran into trouble hoot loop and never boot to windows desktop.

I don't want to loose any data on my drive its 250 GB of data om my disk, al the data is on same partition as of windows and program files .

So I am worried of reset option. Only once I back up 250 GB data.

I hope there should some way out to bring back my pc to boot to windows 10 desktop?

trouble shooting

my PC cant start. he gives me every time trouble shooting stopcode bad config something like that

 

Why I don't get the trouble shooting option?

Steps:

1. move the mouse cursor on the power icon
   
2. push down the Shift key
   
3. right click on the power icon (a menu will pop up)
   
4. select the restart
   

On the restart screen, I only have the "turn off your computer" option, but nothing else. What I need is the "trouble shooting" option and I have seen the option in many online tutorials. Why I don't get the option?

BTW, there are two other ways to get the restart screen, using a repair disk and searching on UEFL. And this question is related to my other question.
