Windows 10: My pc desktop gets stuck/frozen in just a moment blue screen.

English: My old desktop pc that was given to me by my older sister keeps getting stuck and frozen in just a moment loading sceen and nothing else happends it has a very big hard disk of 500gb of wd blue and i've try to keep it on for half a hour or even more on to see if gets past that but nothing but it is still stuck in that sceen and it doesn't let me go past this i've try to clean the disk format it convert it in gpt after a clean install of windows and still nothing i don't know what else to do.Italiano: Il mio vecchio pc destop regalato dalla mia sorella maggiore e bloccato ho congelato

Frozen before desktop


My 2 year old computer did a windows 10 update overnight and I woke up to a frozen computer. It is stuck right before the desktop. I cannot do anything. I've pressed the normal buttons one would press and Nada.
Rebooted by way of the power button. Boots to the same screen before the desktop and freezes. I cannot get into startmenu to get to safe mode.
Any suggestions? F8 and F11 are not working.

 

My pc screen is frozen

Last pm my desktop HP Windows 10 had a frozen screen. I have explained in part what I have tried. I have worked for hours with nothing happening. I used a google search to do many things that were suggested.
Pressed Esc 2 times, tried Alt ctrl delete- finally the screen with taskmanager showed but, while the mouse will move clicking it does nothing. There were several other "fixes" with different keys that I can find and write out for you if needed. I decided to switch to the other hard drive. I hooked it up. Turned on the pc and I got the same exact frozen screen!! I took out a very old screen and tried the that screen. It was frozen also. If I need to take it in to a computer repair company. I am not sure what I take in. But I pray there is help for me.

windows update stuck at installation screen and cannot get to desktop

To understand the issue better, I would like to ask some questions:

• Is the computer stuck in the Installing updates screen?
• For how long is the computer stuck in the screen?
• When was the computer last updated?
• Is the screen showing any percentage of installation?

Sometimes the installation might take a long time to install if the update is of large size. So, I suggest you to wait for sometime and check if the system boots to the desktop. If it is taking a longer time, then perform a Power Drain by following the steps
provided below:

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.
