    My PC Devices won't work and PC ran into a Problem


    So basically My PC Devices Mouse and Keyboard also USB don't work I've tried different mouse and keyboard still won't work and when I turn on PC It says Your PC ran into a problem and does Infinite loop Automatic Repair won't work.This Problem Caused After I've Tryed change Components of PC Ram, CPU and CPU Cooler but they didn't merge and I put old ones back, and it started like this. So did I Turned back components wrong or what But I did it correctly.
