Windows 10: My pc doesn't detect my mouse and keyboard after reset windows 10

I've reset my pc and now when I try to configure windows 10 my mouse doesn't work when I try to select an option and my mouse and keyboard worked well before reset windows 10.When I acces to the BIOS my mouse and keyboard work but when I try to configure windows they don't work, please help me.

keyboard doesn' t working

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

 

Neither USB mouse or keyboard detected during windows reset

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and wanted to reset my PC with the windows reset operation in "update & security". The problem I'm having occurs after the PC restarts and asks for my keyboard layout. At this moment, neither my mouse or keyboard receive
power and therefore cannot select anything. Plugging the mouse and keyboard into different USB ports does not fix the problem. I have to hold my power button down to restart the computer. I have tried entering the BIOS during boot before reaching the keyboard
layout selection screen. All USB ports are listed as enabled and both the keyboard and mouse are detected by the BIOS. One detail that may be of help: Right before the keyboard layout selection screen appears, I see what looks like another window opening but
this happens too quickly to read it.
