Windows 10: My PC doesn't enter Standby due to HdxRtcEngine.exe

EXECUTION: None. PERFBOOST: None. ACTIVELOCKSCREEN: None.This was installed because I am using Citrix to connect to work. But I have stopped Citrix, however this Teams pluging is blocking my PC from entering Stanby and consuming more energy as well as probably causing pixel burning of my OLED monitor.How can I disable this? Do I really need it?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

monitor and PC are not entering sleep/standby

I am using Windows 11 Pro and I set my monitor to go off after 5 minutes and the computer after 15 minutes.

The problem is that after 5 minutes the monitor tries to enters briefly in standby but immediately turn on again.

Something is keeping my monitor or PC to enter sleep mode. I suspect some device connected to my PC.

The question is how to determine what is keeping my PC from entering sleep mode?

Please don't suggest me to reinstall Windows, this is a fresh installation. I would like to know how to use the many Windows diagnostic tools to determine what is keep my PC from entering sleep.
