Windows 10: my pc doesnt have wifi and bluetooth doesnt work

I built my pc a few months back and after building it I noticed that there wasn't a wifi icon in that smell widget in the bottom right corner, it appeared that I didn't have wifi for some reason. but bluetooth was there but refused to work, even when I put my earbuds in pairing mode right next to the pc. I checked device manager and the there was a bluetooth driver called bluetooth device personal area network and the wifi adaptors all had WAN next to them except for in a section called "other devices"I checked on that and it has smth called network controller with a yellow exclamation mark

Bluetooth Simply Doesnt Work

It started when i got on my pc to connect my headphones. for some reason it said there was a problem connecting. nothing changed at all, still the same drivers and the same headphones. so i made sure it wasnt a headphone problem by connecting it to my phone. They connected just fine. I pressed forget and searched for my headphones, but no devices popped up. weird. I then deleted the current drivers and installed the latest. still doesnt work. went to my MOBO manufacturer website and downloaded bt drivers from there. and guess what? still doesnt work. so i said fk it, im switching to win 11 to see if that does anything. doesnt work.

i have no idea why my pc cant find bluetooth devices anymore.

(btw im using the asus x570 plus (wifi) and Cowin E7 headphones, they both support BT 5 if that matters)

Hey It doesnt help *Sad one way to fix this is connect device by bluetooth then turn off wifi card device and turn on again and it kinda works sometimes :/
