Windows 10: My PC doesn't install the 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for...

Whenever I try to install the 2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5033375 my pc takes forever, slows to a crawl, and doesn't end up installing anything. I've tried a few things like installing it from the terminal but that doesn't seem to fix the problem.

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

Hello david, I also having a issue regarding the installing of windows 11 update
2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375) - Installation error - 0x80070020
and
2023-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5032007) Installation error - 0x80070020
Please help me how do I fix this, its been a weeks since I just got this update :< thankyou

I have tried everything for weeks and NOTHING works. I'm still stuck with not one, but two updates that will not download/install.

2023-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5033375)

and

2023-10 Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057)

Both come up with the error "Download error - 0x80248007"

Running Windows 11 on a Dell laptop

If I can't get it to update can I at least get rid of the update messages ?
