Windows 10: My pc doesnt recognise me connecting my controller and doesnt appear on devices. So what...

[COLOR=rgba0, 0, 0, 1]Recently my pc had a fresh start were i had to reinstall windows again. I would insert my dualshock 4 controller via usb cable and it wouldnt show up on my screen the notification that windows sends when setting up a device and neither did it show up on the devices connected. I then checked to see if there was the xbox 360 peripherals drive installed in device manager and i couldnt find it. All my other usb stuff connect and work fine except for my controller or other controllers. Any help will be helpful. So what should i do?[/COLOR]

Failed to find Audio Device - Win10 doesnt recognise my soundcard?


Hi All,

Seems ive become a frequenter on this forum and ive only had win10 for about 2 weeks!

My laptop does not want to recognise the sound card/audio driver that are built into it. The fun part is this just happened. Audio played yesterday, and the time before that, and even before the upgrade. The only thing that has changed (or at least is the biggest change i can think of) is downloading and installing Cygwin (sans audio packages).

In trying to play a song on the new microsoft Groove, i get this;




Further inspection in the playback devices, the only two options are the Speakers/Headphones and communications Headphones, the former of which i can only assume is my actual computer speakers (otherwise its completely gone!).




Looking at the device manager, everything seems okay. All the drivers are up to date so im not sure what could be wrong there?




Just for everyones information, its Windows 10 pro (upgraded from Win7 Pro) and the computer is a Dell Precision M4600. Any more important information about the computer just ask, naturally as im asking for help, im all ears and very cooperative! (p.s. im pretty sure the audio driver is in the device manager image)

EDIT: Its probably worth mentioning that when headphones are plugged in, sound plays all good.

 

PS4 controllers, DS4, doesnt pair in wirelles

I'm having a problem trying to pair 2 DS5 contrllers to my pc. I bought 2 of them and a dongle, it was working fine, but for another reason I had to format my pc, then I reinstalled the program I use for connecting DS4 controllers (inputmapper) and it worked
just one time, the I turned my laptop off and since then mu DS4 doesnt even appear on bluetooth configurations for pairing. I plug the dongle, it appear on my computer, I enter on my bluetooth devices that appear on my computer folder, click on add devices,
put the controller on pairing mode, than it appears as an wireless controller but it dont connect, I already instaled a CSR driver for the dongle, changed for another dongle, and I can pair both controllers with my cellphone and they both work on my cellphone,
byt I cant seem to maje them pair with pc. when I go over bluetooth and other devices configurations (where wirelles controllers used to be displayed) > add bluetooth > bluetooth, then I put the controller on pairing mode and it doesnt appear

seems to be some problem with bluetooth driver, or maybe because the controllers have mic and headset plug, maybe its some sound or speaker drive problem?

just done the latest windows updates

EVERST doesnt recognise GPU

my everest ultimate edition doesnt recognize my gpu and only notes the adapter in the windows video category, neither doesnt it recognize the gpu in the overclocking category, so i have no clue what my real time clock is for my gpu, im wondering if its a hardware controller problem. any thoughts?
