The following cycle occurs every few seconds before repeating: The PC boots, welcome is displayed, the blue screen showing 64% progress appears, then the screen goes black. I’ve shut down my PC during this loop and turned it on again which simply resumes the boot loop again with the 64% blue screen popping up for a split second as the cycle repeats. I heard a bootable USB with a media creation tool installed for windows 11 could help resolve this so I’ve ordered a kingston usb hard drive which will be arriving in a day or two. I would like to know what may be the root cause of this issue, if

Hello, so i have reinstalled Windows 11, went through every step and when it got to the installation process it got stuck in a boot loop.

Any ideas about what i can do? (I have one ssd and one hdd and I disconnected the hdd in case it might be interfering)

• Go to the Microsoft software download website and create Windows 10
  installation media.
• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot>Advanced Options.
• Click on Startup Repair.

After the repair is complete, check for status.

Step 1. Boot the PC from the Windows installation CD and press the random key.

Step 2. Navigate to Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Automatic Repair.

Step 3. Wait a while and follow the screen's instructions to fix the Lenovo laptop stuck in boot loop error.

2. Boot Sector Repair

Use Professional MBR Repair Tool

Step 1. Create a WinPE bootable disk

• Launch EaseUS Partition Master, and click "Bootable Media" on the toolbar. Select "Create bootable media".
  
• Click "Next" to finish the process
  

Step 2. Boot EaseUS Partition Master Bootable USB

• Connect the bootable USB or CD/DVD to your PC.
  
• Press F2 or Del when you restart the computer to enter the BIOS screen. Set and boot your computer from "Removable Devices" or "CD-ROM Drive".
