Windows 10: My PC Fans are really Loud

When I first got my pc my pc fans were running at a good pace. The sound was around 20-30 decibels when I wasn't playing a game. It went up when I was playing a game but that was fine because I knew it was normal. I've had it for about 2 years now and I've had problems with it such as the pc screen artifacting, but I've fixed it. My new problem is that now the pc's fans are and 60-70 decibels normally. I'm sure its dust but I need to make sure because I'm worried, I'm going to break it.

PC Fans Running Loud

Since you upgraded to V2004 I am thinking windows reset your Radeon GPU fan settings which only turn on when they are really hot properly, here is a picture of were to look for your fan settings in Adrenaline Software.





Also your power settings in control panel could be set to high performance (Ryzen power plan) ?

 

Laptop fan sounds very loud after cleaning

Hi. I just send my asus laptop to asus service center for fan cleaning and thermal paste replacing. They didn't find fan problem so they didn't replace the fan. Now the fan are so loud, especially at startup

What should I do? This really strange. It's supposed to be clean and not making loud noise like this
