Windows 10: My pc freezes, goes black and then the screen comes back and does the same thing over...

I turn my pc on and it loads the starting page of windows where you enter your pin to get into windows but it freezes and goes black when I try to enter the pin. My screen will come back but it will do the same exact thing again. I’ve tried to reseat my Gpu and Ram but it didn’t work I might of not done it right but I am pretty confident that I did .I also checked all of the power supple cables to make sure they were connected properly. I have no clue what to do I’ve had this problem for months. I also tried doing a full reset of windows but it didn’t work.Please help

Screen goes black if the power cord is connected

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
hardware and devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Screen goes black for a scond then comes on.

After installing win 10 and update the screen periodically goes black. Then comes on again for awhile....etc...
