    My PC freezes randomly even during a boot


    Hello,So at first I suspected a software issue so I ran a malware scan but silly me it froze mid scan long story short I reset the c drive and installed a new win10 still the problem, as a matter of fact the computer froze multiple times during the final stages of installations so i had to reset the drive twice and install again until it finally finished but still the same problem a freeze after some minutes, so I think it's hardware I reseted the bios by removing the motherboard battery and putting it again after 60 sec , updated the bios to the lateset version, installed lateset GPU driver,

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.

    To better assist you regarding Windows 10 which freezes randomly, please provide the following:

    • Which is the last Windows update build you've applied to the computer?
    • Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?
    Furthermore, we suggest that you do a BIOS update to your computer. Here are the steps:

    • Check the motherboard manufacturer's website to find the specific model of your motherboard.
    • Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
    • Look for the computer model that you're using.
    • You should find any available BIOS update.

    Hey Guys and Gals.. I'm having an issue with my pc. Updates were installed including the anniversary update which I believe could be the root of my computer freezing up. In addition, I am unable to download and install itunes to my pc. Is there anyone
    out there that may have a fix or a suggestion. The pc does not allow to boot in safe mode. Before, the pc would randomly freeze up after on the pc for 5 minutes or more. Now, it will freeze at start up or when booting the computer on. Any suggestions would
    be most appreciated. Thanks.
