    My pc freezes randomly when it is first being boot up


    This problem has been going on for a while now, and i still haven't gotten a fix to it. My pc is a Legion T5-28IMB05 Desktop Lenovo - Type 90NC. Every time i boot it up after being shut down, it will freeze randomly once or more times. I have gotten a dump file and it says the root of the problem is "ACPI.sys". I found out it was a driver and I looked to update it on the Lenovo support page. But they didnt have any Windows 11 drivers available for the computer. And I have reset the pc via cloud and locally and the problem still continued.

    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.

    To better assist you regarding Windows 10 which freezes randomly, please provide the following:

    • Which is the last Windows update build you've applied to the computer?
    • Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?
    Furthermore, we suggest that you do a BIOS update to your computer. Here are the steps:

    • Check the motherboard manufacturer's website to find the specific model of your motherboard.
    • Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
    • Look for the computer model that you're using.
    • You should find any available BIOS update.

    Hey Guys and Gals.. I'm having an issue with my pc. Updates were installed including the anniversary update which I believe could be the root of my computer freezing up. In addition, I am unable to download and install itunes to my pc. Is there anyone
    out there that may have a fix or a suggestion. The pc does not allow to boot in safe mode. Before, the pc would randomly freeze up after on the pc for 5 minutes or more. Now, it will freeze at start up or when booting the computer on. Any suggestions would
