Windows 10: My Pc freezes, reboots randomly and gets blue screens of death

Hi all,I have an issue with my PC where it freezes, reboots and sometimes gives me a blue screen. Could anyone help pls.

Windows 11 randomly freezes and blue screen of death!

Hello Dave, thank you very much, the problem with the blue screen of death seems to have stopped. Like you said, the problem seemed to be the Razer applications. I uninstalled all of them and until now no more blue screens.

What still is happening is that the PC is freezing. It usually happens a few seconds or withing a few minutes of starting the computer or taking it off sleep. The mouse and screen freezes, I cant do anything apart from hard restarting the PC. Do you have any solutions or diagnostics to help solve this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 11 randomly freezes and blue screen of death!

Hello, I please need some windows 11-related help:

I have recently gotten a new PC with pre-installed windows 11 pro. The problem is the following:

-Usually soon after startup or during startup windows 11 shows the blue screen of death. After 1 or few restarts it works normally again.

-Another possibility is that soon after startup the mouse freezes and nothing else works. Must restart PC.

I have tried doing some possible solutions, but they don't seem to work:

• Drivers updated
  
• SFC scan
  
• Run DISM
  
• Run Diskcheck
  
• Windows Memory Test
  
• Clean Temp files
  

I have read that minidump files are created after the blue screen of death, but I don't understand them at all. Could someone please check them out and help me with a possible solution? The link to the minidump files are at the end of the post. Gonna go crazy if I can´t solve this. Thanks in advance!
