Windows 10: MY PC FREEZES WHEN I LOG IN WINDOWS

HI ,I have been trying to fix this problem which happens often , when i log in to windows and open any app the whole screen freezes the keyboard and mouse donot work . i have to manually press the power button on the cpu cabinet to restart pc . i have tried updating to latest drivers , scanned my SSD and HDDs for any corrupt sectors , updated BIOS , updated every application when the system restarts it fails to load the graphics drivers so i have to restart again for the graphics driver to load . earlier i thought the graphics card might be the issue but even after updating the drivers i cant

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Desktop freeze after log in

• Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• When the computer freezes, do you get an error message?
