Windows 10: My Pc freezes when I play roblox and i need to restart it

Hello and thanks in advice. I usually play a lot Roblox and other games like mobas, or high demand gpu games but suddenly I experienced some freeze in my pc between 5 and 10 minutes after playing. My system is a -i5 9400F- 24 gb ram - gtx 1660s - 1tb ssd 4 disc I dont know how to fix it, it just roblox. I already uninstalled the game and put it on lower graphics but none of these works.Also i made an deep virus analysis and nothing showed. I know this problem it just in roblox as i know but I'm kinda shocked because i dont know how to solve it.

When ever playing Roblox, Game crashes/Freezes then the computer screen turns black and I can only manually turn it off.

Windows 10 Roblox problem

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update
by using this link as your guide.

In addition, make sure that Roblox is allowed to run on your Chrome by performing the following steps:

• Download Roblox and run its setup file.
• After the game has been installed, try to run it.
• You should get a message box saying “External Protocol Request”. Check
  Remember my choice for all links of this type and click Launch Application.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you use another web browser on your computer to check if that helps.

My Roblox isn't working

Hello StanleySturgeon, I had Roblox to and the same thing happened.

1. You can go to setting > updates than update to the latest one.

2.Restart your PC.

3. Re-download Roblox.

If those won't help than here are other steps that helped me.

1.Go to Roblox website on Google chrome (best), or any other Bowers you are using.

2.click on a random game on Roblox.

3. Click Play.

4.It should say download.

5.Click there and Download it.
