Windows 10: my pc froze and then restarted on its own while i was playing f1 2021

after restrting i went on event viewer and it had 2 errors the first one said critical and it said "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly''and the second one said error and it said ''The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. Volume connected with f1- can't get it to work

In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, we would like to know the details requested below:

• When you say, “the volume wont work its connected to the f1 key” are you not able to get sound on your computer?
  
• Which update was installed on the computer? To check go to
  Start >> Settings >> Update & Security >> Windows Update >> View update history.
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

Ideally, the F1 key is used as the help key in most of the programs. It opens a help screen when the F1 key is pressed.



Meanwhile, you may want to try the steps mentioned below:



If you are trying to use the F1 key to control volume on the computer, you may want to press
Fn key + F1 and see if that helps.



However, if you do not get sound on your computer, I would suggest you to refer the steps mentioned in the article

My PC froze while playing games.

So I had a laptop Dell Inspiron 13-7353 for a few months. Last week, my PC froze while I play games. I can't interact anything. I have no idea what is the problem. Although, it doesn't show the blue screen. After I log in after restart, I noticed that there
are no problems found. I need the solution to fix the problem. If it helps, it will stop freezing.

 

F1 2018 Crash Dump after returning to desk top

Hi , I downloaded Codemasters F1 2018 via x box game pass for pc, how ever when i return to desk top after playing the game ( no problems playing ) I get an error message: F1 2018 generated a Crash dump at C:\Program Data\Codemaster\F12018 574249
2030030-140004. dmp . Any suggestions please
