Windows 10: My PC froze twice today and i have no clue what to do

So as title says my desktop PC froze today twice Ryzen 5 5600x, AMD 6900XT, 16GB RAM Corsair, 2 SSD's Crucial, in reliability monitor i got two hardware error messages :Tested Prime95 CPU stress test nothing, Windows memory diagnostic nothing, and gpu stress test also nothing.

Windows 11 Taskbar Froze Twice This Week.

I was using my Stopwatch and Timer app that I downloaded when it was Windows 10. Twice already when I did touch the app to start it, it froze the whole taskbar up.

Today when I restarted my laptop after the second time that the taskbar froze, there was an issue with the volume that I fixed.

Now I mentioned in a previous post here that I would like the clock app that came with Windows 11 when I upgraded it from Windows 10. I uninstalled it because I already have another app (To which I would now like to uninstall).

How do I REINSTALL (Not uninstall) the Windows 11 clock app? I cannot do a factory reset on it.

Windows 10 may have encountered a system conflict that caused this issue. Since you can't access anything after it got stuck to 75%, we suggest that you perform a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below on how to perform this troubleshooting step:

• Boot to Advanced Startup Options from a hard reboot. Press and hold the power button on your PC until it powers off and until it powers on.
• Repeat steps 1 and 2 above until you see the Windows logo screen or Please wait
  during boot. Usually it may take repeating up to 3 times.
• Select See advanced repair options.
• Under Advanced Startup Options, select
  Troubleshoot.
• Select Advanced options. Under Advanced options, select
  Startup Repair.
• If prompted, select an administrator account to provide credentials for approval, type in the password and click
  Continue.
• Startup Repair will now start Diagnosing your PC, and attempt to automatically repair it.

Please allow a couple of minutes or hours to diagnose your PC by the startup repair.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
