Windows 10: my pc games keep crashing and i already did malware check and i have no corrupt files what...

was playing phasmophobia and after 5-10 minutes it crashessometimes it lets me play for half n hour to. its always just not responding it freezes out of no where. all my drivers are updated got the new windows update could it be a component problem?
