Windows 10: My PC get BSOD and after that it wont turn on its only show that blue screen and black screen.

Hello. My PC get BSOD and after that its restart and not starting only show black screen the fan is running . If i start press something in the keyboard its start beeping. The bsod Say atikmapkey and something video rád fail. Bsod get while playing on League of legends .
