Windows 10: My PC gets restarted suddenly when playing a game or running a program.

My PC keeps getting suddenly restarted with no reason, i checked my CPU temperature and its around 50-55 Celsius in games or big programs.

i tried to disable ''Auto-restart'' in Complex Computer Settings but no luck.

:)

Did you check the game compatibility with Windows 10?

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

Steps: Try to run the program in compatibility mode:

• 
  Right click on the game icon through which you launch the game.
  
• 
  Click on properties.
  
• 
  Click on compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check the box, run this program in compatibility mode and select the previous operating system.
  
• 
  Click on apply and then ok.

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

• How are you playing the game (Online, installed on a PC)?
• If installed on PC, do you have the program set up files present in any of the system drives?

You may be facing the above issue due to the incompatibility of the game with the operating system on the computer.



If the game is installed on the PC, I suggest you to check if the issue is resolved on running the program in
Compatibility mode.



Compatibility mode runs the program in the current version of Windows using the settings from previous version of Windows.



Step 1: Follow the steps below to install the touchpad driver in
compatibility mode.

• Download the latest and most compatible game setup file from the manufacturer’s website for Windows 8.1 OS or locate the game setup file in your PC.
• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  Properties.
• Click on the Compatibility tab, check the box
  Run this program in compatibility mode for, select Windows 10 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation.
• Once the driver is installed in compatibility mode, restart the PC for the effective changes to take place.
• Check if the issue is resolved.

Step 2: You can also follow the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard and type
  Run programs made for previous versions of Windows.
• Select the top most search result and follow from step 2 from the article
  Make older programs compatible with this version of Windows
  (Also applies to Windows 10).
• Check if the issue is resolved.

Follow these steps to install the game in compatibility mode.

  Download the game from the manufacturer’s website.
