Windows 10: MY PC GIVES GREEN / YELLOW / RED / BLUE SCREEN

Hello Guys , lately my computer is not working normaly. My computer started freezing, it started showing "green screen" of several colors, I turned on the computer and after two minutes it stays like this. I thought it was a virus so I decided to reset the computer, but to no avail as it continues the same way. In February last year I bought a 1 terabyte SSD because my computer only had 256 gigs, and it worked normally. I began to notice that my cpu was always very high, the wue made the computer a little slow but it still worked. About a week ago the computer started giving me several bugs, t

Windows non-Blue Screens of Death... Green and Orange?

Purple Screen of Death

Mainly seen when the VMkernel of an ESX/ESXi host experiences a critical error,
becomes inoperative and terminates any virtual machines that are running.
Requires reboot using the power button.

Brown Screen of Death

Mostly associated with game-plays, linked mainly to graphics.
Usually arrives when a PC game forces CPU and memory to run at speeds higher than
their official speed grade (over-clocking).

Yellow Screen of Death

Happened usually with Firefox accompanied by a weird buzzing sound, after an XML.
Probably does not exist any more.

Red Screen of Death

Mostly indicates issues related to the graphics driver and the corresponding
applications, caused usually by installing wrong drivers or by software conflicts
on boot.

Orange Screen of Death

Usually indicates fatal hardware errors and has many causes such as
watching a video, when booting into Windows, waking up from Sleep, BitLocker,
or when adding a second monitor

Green Screen of Death

Intended for Windows Insiders testing for upcoming Windows 10 test builds,
to make it easier for Microsoft support staff to differentiate between errors
in test builds and in production.

As Microsoft staff are not infallible, sometimes colored BSODs happen not
according to the above purpose.

 

Incorrect colours being shown, only for certain programs. Greens=Blue, Yellows=Purple

My monitor suddenly turned black and I had to restart my computer to get it to turn back on. When it did, colours were no longer being displayed correctly in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Everywhere else colours appear normal but in my browsers; Blues are Green, Greens are Blue, Yellows are Magenta, Magentas are Yellow. Though Red is still Red and Cyan is still Cyan. When using the snip tool to copy an image it corrects the colours on the created file, when using print screen it copies the wrong colours that are actually being displayed.

I've had this issue happen before on other Windows 10 computers but can't recall how it was remedied. My drivers are up to date, I've restarted multiple times, I've checked and the problem also occurs when plugging into a different monitor and when using a different HDMI cable.

Anyone have any suggestions?

 

Screen is green yellow colored

Somebody please help--my screen is now an ugly bright green-yellow color! My screen was normal but last wednesday, (5/16/18) my screen has been witnessed to be bright green/yellow. Somebody please help as I cannot use it without getting an awful headache.
