    I have an Otiplex 780 SFF PC. It's seen some stuff, it's old and has had a couple of adware viruses in the past. I was using my PC when it randomly shut down, but it tried to boot back up again, it did the dell splash screen but when it got to the windows splash screen, some vertical blue lines came all over the screen and then the startup restarted. This happened about 5 times before I decided to turn off the PC and turn it on myself.But after I did, the PC started making loud beeps. When the beeps stopped, all that could be heard was a whrring sound like some fans. The power button and the n
