Windows 10: My pc goes to troubleshoot everytime i start it.

Hi, i have an pc. Every time i want to turn on it, it goes to troubleshoot, it doesnt fix with system repaire. It will fix with system restore. Its boring to pass this steps for everytime i need to start my pc.I changed my windows severeal times and know it isnt a windows problem. last, i changed my hard disk and get new one, but still have this problem.Any idea for this terrible situation??

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's not a software related issue which is why I was suggesting that you remove the video card to start with since it's such an easy process of elimination step.

I'm not familiar with AMD CPUs, I did see that you had listed in your system specs but I had no idea whether or not it has an iGPU

Is there any possibility of you being able to get your hands on any compatible video card at all?it would be the easiest step to try to troubleshoot or at least one of the easier ones. You should be able to get into the bios without anything but A display cable hooked up to the motherboard

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Start Bar not working after update install in Windows 10


Hi, tried as you suggest. It starts and says Checking application registration... and the green progress bar just goes on and on (let it run for over two hours) and never gets to the next step. Any other suggestions?
