Windows 10: My pc got the blue frowny face screen and now windows wont boot

I was using my pc and then i suddenly got a blue frowny face screen. My pc restarted and when it booted up a blue screen was displayed to me. With the options to shut down or to see advanced options. I am having troubl with my nokia lumia 635. Whenever i boot it up it displays a frowny face with. A blue background. Ive tried soft reset and even a fac reset but neither of those things are working, as after the resets complete, it will display a frowny
face. Please help at this point im desperate.

My computer automatically shuts down with a stop run error message to a blue screen with a frowny face. What is causing this and how can I fix it. I have ran for malware and viruses.
