Windows 10: my pc has a rat on it, or im going through psychosis one or the other

Ive got a proces in task manager called aggregatorhost, i cant do a full boot where it wipes everything, the windows ui is different, whhen i watchh streams at 1080 p its pixilated just enough for me to notice, even my YouTube looks fake.... im prettyy sure its a rat trojan but ive got no idea and im pov.... pretty sure it was from tplink whhen i signed up with tpg internet... apparentley theyre known to get infected with malware from chinese hackers. Sorry for the vaige detail and spelling my keyboards more cooked than me..Thanks guys, hopefully theres a good Samaritan out there somewhere.

Im scared of having RATs

I noticed a lot of established tagged connections when i type netstat -ano in my cmd and im scared of one of them being a rat i need help asap.
