Windows 10: My PC has a stop code: registry error, I cannot turn it on, shift + f8 does nothing I can't...

PC stuck in restart loop, STOP CODE: REGISTRY ERROR

I have desktop PC amd ryzen 5 with rx 6000.

Everytime I turn on my PC it crashes into blue screen and restarts and the process repeats.

Blue screen shows; stop code, Registry error.

I have tried all the methods (pressing the F8,F9..etc. keys, turn it off on and lot off times) to access winodows recovery mode but none of them work and I can't access windows recovery.

Someone please help, thank you!

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW
