    My PC has a virus


    I accidentally downloaded this file and it completely busted my pc Internet is slow to no internet, I got this Fix Error Code 0x80070483 when trying to troubleshoot the Wi-Fi . I already tried to reset the computer but it didn’t work I tried to do the download windows from cloud option but for some reason it won’t work….my window security had these threats called hijacker’s ? What can I do to restore my pc again

    steps taken for infected Pc's.


    I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

    Virus...NOOOOO!

    Then its not a virus, i thought its a little strange that a virus was still going in safe mode. But i dont know what to suggest it could be? Are you using the same pc to connect to the internet, just with a linux partition?

    • Which build and version of Windows are you using?
    • Did you encounter any error messages related to having a virus infection on your device?
    • What are the troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    In the meantime, we suggest running any available antivirus software on your PC. It would be very helpful to us if you could also provide the result of the antivirus scan process.
