    My Pc Has become slow, its unusable and nothing works.


    My pc worked great until a few weeks ago, when it started getting slow and lagging, getting to the point where it took 15 minutes to boot up and apps wouldnt open. I had IT look at it, they just said it needed more ram. I upgraded it to 32GB with a new ram kit I took out the old one. The Pc is faster but it has so many issues still. When I open I have to wait for everything to load when im on the windows screen, I get an error saying "microsoft windows is not responding." I just leave it and then it kinda works. I can only open a few things but i cant open files, and a few other things. Som

    Hi,

    To assist you with your concern, we suggest you to run the System Maintenance Troubleshooter to check and see why your PC is running slow and unresponsive. Here are the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting. If you cant find the option, click View By and select Large Icons.
    • On the left pane, click on View All.
    • Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.
