Windows 10: My PC has been constantly hitching and stutering as I go through daily tasks.

So since a few days ago my pc has almost constantly been stuttering regardless of what i'm doing. What I mean is that, everything is running at much lower frames, and everything is running with random dealy. My mouse stutters across my screen, my Youtube videos hitch, and so do games. At first a few days ago, this would happen every hour or so and last a few minutes and go away when I reset my pc. It's gotten so bad, it starts doing it when I boot up, and lasts a heavy amount of time. Today and yesterday ive been able to go a few hours without it stutering but then it picks back up. So since a few days ago my pc has almost constantly been stuttering regardless of what i'm doing. I feel like ive tried everything, please help.

Things Ive tried

-Factory Resetting my pc (my pc blue screens when I try this and tells me I cant reset my pc)

- so I reseted my pc while keeping all my files

-Scanned for corrupted files (cmd cleared them all)

- update all drivers

-removed any viruses

- changed multiple power plan settings

-updated windows

Along with this my pc has been going kind of crazy, ocassionaly when I restart it blue screens and gives me the error displayed in the image, no idea if theirs coorelation. And I had to enable something in settings to even be able to update my pc.

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core Processor 3.20 GHz

RTX 2070

16g of ram

 

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

Create Daily Task List with Automatic Reoccurring Tasks

Hello! With our new COVID-19 “homeschool” approach to life, we are looking to help our kiddos develop solid routines.

We would like to utilize the To Do app to set lists for them to complete each day. Most often, their tasks from day-to-day will be nearly identical.

Is it possible to create a task list that will automatically duplicate/repopulate on a daily basis? This way, they have a fresh list of all the same tasks each day without having to personally recreate the redundant list.

If this does already exist, I’d appreciate a “how to” - - - if not, is this something that would be considered for a future feature?
